About the Author
Clayton Van Huss is a biblical archaeologist, writer, and teacher dedicated to making responsible scholarship understandable for readers in churches, classrooms, and homes. He earned an M.A. in Biblical History and Archaeology from The Bible Seminary. His fieldwork includes serving as a squares supervisor at Shiloh and participating in archaeological projects throughout Israel. Together, he and his wife, Dr. Abigail Van Huss, an archaeologist and co-director of the excavations at Shiloh, share their work through teaching, writing, and media to help others explore the archaeology, history, and geography of the Bible.
